Specialist Works


  • cutting of shafts, pipes with diameter to 350 mm and sections both on circular saws and band saws,

  • drilling of structures from one fastening to l = 4000 mm, h = 1800 mm,

  • straight cold rolling of sheets to thickness 16 mm and width of sheet 2000 mm,

  • possibility of hot rolling of thicker sheets to the thickness 60 mm and length 2000 mm,

  • gas cutting of sheets on computer programmed cutting-off machine with the following parameters: thickness to 140 mm, width to 2500 mm, length to 6000 mm,

  • plasma cutting of sheets on computer programmed cutting-off machine with the following parameters: thickness to 32 mm, width to 2000 mm, length to 6000 mm,

  • cutting of sheets of thickness from 2 mm to 14 mm and width to 3000 mm using guillotine shear,

  • cold bending of sheets of thickness to 12 mm, width 3000 mm,

  • punching of components on presses with load up to 300 tonnes acc. to the die delivered by the Customer,

  • shot blasting of sheets of dimensions to 2000 mm x 12000 mm and any details with maximum height up to 500 mm,

  • spray painting of steel structures,

  • assembly of executed equipment at the Customer’s site.


WORKS IN THE SCOPE OF MACHINING:

  • turning of components of length to 3800 mm, diameter Ø 1000 mm,

  • milling of components of thickness to 2000 mm, width 1600 mm, height 1800 mm,

  • boring of components of height to 1800 mm, length 2000 mm, width of component to 1600 mm,

  • grinding of shaft of diameter to Ø 500 mm, length 4000 mm,

  • planing of components of thickness to 2800 mm, width 530 mm, height 950 mm,

  • chiselling of component of height to 500 mm, diameter Ø 600 mm,

  • execution of gear wheels with straight teeth: pitch to 10 - height 400 mm, diameter Ø 760 mm,

  • grinding of gear wheels with straight teeth: pitch to 5 - diameter Ø 330 mm, width 150 mm.


LOCKSMITH WORKS:

  • execution of steel structures to the thickness or diameter 4 meters and weight to 25 tonnes.


WELDING WORKS:

  • oxy-argon welding of sheets and steel structures executed of structural steels to the thickness 24 mm by welders holding a qualifications B.1C issued by the Office of Technical Inspection [UDT],

  • argon welding of low-alloy steels (3%) using TIG method for structures of 1 and 2 class to the thickness 6.4 mm by welders holding R-2.1T qualifications issued by the Office of Technical Inspection.
