The WLZ "banana" type vibrati on screens are destined for initial classification of aggregateand other loose materials and for dewatering and flushing. They are equipped with box inertia drives mounted on dive beam. Contra rotating unbalanced masses of drives cause centrifugal forces, which either delete themselves or sum up in certain positions, thus initiating harmonie movement with el l iptical trajectory of the springy supported screen. Movement parameters and kinds of screens are selected depending on process requirements.
The WLZ type screens belong to the new generation of large size vibrating machines with diversified inclination of screen, in which the principle of thin layer materia! screening atlarge feeding rate of feed materia! on steep scren section. lt allows substantial increasing of the unit capacity and screening efficiency in relation to classical layout screens.
Dependi ng on requirements of the ordering party the screen construction may be connected with strengthened bolts or the HUCK-BOLT type joints.
